Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right, quickly and fairly.

We’re a small, specialist shop - not a warehouse operation - so we ask that returns are handled with care and common sense.


30-Day Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories and packaging where applicable.


Condition of Returned Items

Please ensure that returned items are:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Returned with original packaging where possible
  • Not used beyond reasonable inspection

You’re welcome to inspect and handle the item as you would in a shop, but it must not show signs of extended use.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the item has been reduced due to handling beyond this.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

  • You’ll receive a full refund of the item price
  • The standard delivery cost will also be refunded (if paid)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, especially for higher-value items

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described

Please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping
  • You’ll be offered a full refund, repair, or replacement where appropriate

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll confirm the return and provide any instructions
  3. Carefully pack the item to ensure it arrives safely
  4. Send it using a tracked service

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items personalised or modified to order
  • Consumable items once opened
  • Items where hygiene seals have been broken (where applicable)
